You’ll have a Notion portal where everything lives in one place, including priorities, progress and next steps. You’ll receive weekly updates so you always know what’s happening and what we’re focusing on.

Voxer Support + Smooth Handover

You’ll have Voxer access for quick questions and guidance between calls. At the end of the three months, we’ll wrap with a handover session so you leave with clear documentation, organised systems and a simple plan for what’s next.

No. This is strategic systems and ops support. The work is focused on building and improving the backend processes that reduce admin long-term, not managing day-to-day admin tasks.
A lot, when it’s focused. We’ll prioritise high-impact improvements, build in sprints and document as we go. The goal isn’t to do everything at once. It’s to make consistent progress in the right order.
This retainer is for systems work, not general admin. That means it does not include inbox or DM management, customer support, scheduling clients, chasing payments manually, social media posting or random tasks that don’t improve the system.
Not perfectly. You can come as you are. We’ll work with your current tools and goals, then decide what to improve, what to simplify and what to build next. We’ll confirm what platforms are in scope during your kickoff call and keep everything tracked in your portal.
